Sunny Jim's newest release, Changing Tides, is the 12th CD in his music catalog of studio recordings. The CD includes 14 songs, 9 of them written by Sunny jim, and the rest are collaborations with others including Coley McCabe Shepard and Dan Sullivan. The title is a reflection of a difficult time in James' life, and an understanding that, as in life, the "tide would change" and better times are coming.
